A longstanding tradition and an open mind

The Brigand family has successfully preserved the unique know-how of traditional joinery over three generations, while seeking to adapt, open up to new markets and feature on the international stage.

Everything began in 1933, when the grandfather of Emmanuel Brigand, the current manager, took over a joinery workshop, which incidentally would be one of the first French companies to obtain Qualibat certification.

In 1989, Emmanuel Brigand created Postforming, an interior design company with its own Corian and metal workshops.

In 1998, it was Brigaform’s turn to be created. Specialising in service provision, project management and site operation, this company also designs top-of-the-range made-to-measure kitchens and bathrooms.

In 2004, the creation of the company Expert Pose in Chilly-Mazarin (Essonne) provided Postforming with a storage area and installation service in the Parisian region, thereby asserting its stronghold and prompt service times in Île-de-France.
